EasyMotion ("EasyMotion", "we", "us", or "our") operates the EasyMotion platform and website at easymotion-ai.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it with service providers, and the choices available to you when you use EasyMotion.

By using EasyMotion, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of EasyMotion, and certain technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.

1.1 Account Information

When you create an EasyMotion account, we currently require only:

  • Your email address
  • A password

We do not require your first name, last name, profile photo, or other profile information during registration.

After creating an account, you may optionally provide additional profile information, such as:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Username

Providing this additional profile information is optional.

EasyMotion currently does not provide a profile-picture upload feature.

1.2 Project and User Content

When you use EasyMotion's video-generation features, we may collect and store content that you provide or create through the platform, including:

  • Text prompts
  • Project names and project-related information
  • Reference images uploaded by you
  • Generated videos
  • Other content directly associated with your projects

Reference images are optional and may be submitted when you want to use an image as part of an AI video-generation request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any content that you submit to EasyMotion.

1.3 Usage and Spark Information

EasyMotion uses an internal usage-credit system called Sparks.

We may store information relating to:

  • Your current Spark balance
  • Sparks received through the service
  • Sparks spent on generations or other features
  • Spark transaction history
  • Related project or generation information

This information is used to provide the service, maintain accurate balances, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of account activity.

1.4 Subscription and Payment Information

When you purchase a subscription or other paid service through EasyMotion, information relating to the transaction may be associated with your EasyMotion account, including:

  • Subscription or product information
  • Payment status
  • Transaction identifiers
  • Subscription status
  • Purchase date
  • Renewal or cancellation information
  • Other information necessary to administer your purchase

Payment card information is processed by our payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by EasyMotion.

Our current payment provider is Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its platform. Lemon Squeezy states that it handles payment processing and related merchant-of-record responsibilities, including payment-card compliance, refunds, and chargebacks. 1.5 Technical and Security Information

When you access or use EasyMotion, we may process technical information necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the platform.

Depending on the interaction, this may include information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Operating system information
  • Access date and time
  • Error and diagnostic information
  • Authentication and security events
  • Information necessary to detect abuse or unauthorized activity

We use this information primarily for service operation, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

  • Creating and maintaining your EasyMotion account
  • Authenticating users
  • Providing access to EasyMotion features
  • Creating and managing projects
  • Processing AI video-generation requests
  • Processing user-provided reference images
  • Storing and displaying generated content
  • Maintaining Spark balances and transaction records
  • Processing and managing subscriptions and purchases
  • Sending service-related emails
  • Responding to support requests
  • Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security issues
  • Maintaining and improving the reliability and functionality of the platform
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations
  • Enforcing our applicable terms and policies

We do not currently use your information for advertising personalization, behavioral advertising, or third-party advertising tracking.

3. AI Video Generation

EasyMotion provides AI-powered video-generation features using third-party artificial intelligence services.

Our current AI video-generation provider is Luma AI, using Luma's Agents API and the Ray 3.2 video model.

Depending on the generation requested by you, EasyMotion may transmit information such as:

  • Your text prompt
  • Reference images you choose to upload
  • Information necessary to process your generation request

to Luma for the purpose of generating the requested video.

Luma's Agents API documentation identifies Ray 3.2 as a video model supporting text-to-video, image-to-video, and video-to-video generation.

Luma's current API Terms state that Luma will not use inputs submitted through API access, or outputs generated through API access, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop Luma's artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. This commitment applies specifically to use through API access governed by those API Terms.

Luma may nevertheless process and retain information as necessary to provide its services and in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.

For this reason, you should not upload content to EasyMotion unless you have the right to have that content processed by EasyMotion and the applicable third-party service providers.

4. User Content and Generated Content

You retain responsibility for the content you submit to EasyMotion.

EasyMotion does not claim ownership of your prompts, reference images, or other content solely because you submit that content to the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not:

  • Infringe another person's intellectual-property rights;
  • Violate applicable law;
  • Contain content that you do not have permission to use; or
  • Violate the applicable terms or usage policies of EasyMotion or its service providers.

EasyMotion stores project-related content so that you can access and manage your projects through your account.

As long as your account remains active, your stored projects and associated content may remain accessible to you through EasyMotion.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

EasyMotion relies on selected third-party service providers to operate certain parts of the platform.

These currently include:

Luma AI

Used for AI-powered video generation and processing of prompts and, where applicable, reference images.

Lemon Squeezy

Used for subscriptions, purchases, payment processing, and related transaction administration.

Lemon Squeezy operates as the merchant of record for purchases made through its platform.

Gmail / Google email infrastructure

Used to send transactional and service-related emails, such as account-related communications and password-reset messages.

OVHcloud

Used to host EasyMotion's application and infrastructure.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Used to help protect certain EasyMotion forms and actions against automated abuse and malicious traffic.

We do not currently use third-party advertising networks, behavioral advertising services, Google Login, analytics platforms, or advertising pixels.

6. Cloudflare Turnstile

EasyMotion uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a security and bot-prevention mechanism.

Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser or device, such as IP address, User-Agent information, TLS-related information, and other signals necessary to determine whether a request appears to originate from a human user or automated traffic. Cloudflare states that Turnstile processes these signals for bot detection and security purposes and does not access or transmit the contents of form entries through Turnstile itself.

Turnstile is used for security purposes and is not used by EasyMotion for advertising or behavioral tracking.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

EasyMotion does not currently operate third-party advertising or analytics tracking systems.

We may use cookies or similar technologies that are technically necessary for the operation and security of the platform, including technologies necessary for:

  • Authentication
  • Maintaining secure sessions
  • Protecting user accounts
  • Maintaining essential website functionality

These technologies are not currently used by EasyMotion to build advertising profiles or track users across unrelated websites.

If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide appropriate choices or consent mechanisms.

8. Email Communications

We use email infrastructure provided through Gmail/Google to send service-related communications.

These communications may include:

  • Account-related emails
  • Password-reset emails
  • Security-related notifications
  • Transactional communications
  • Other messages necessary to operate the service

We do not use your email address for third-party advertising.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid EasyMotion services are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

When you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy may process payment and transaction information necessary to complete and administer the transaction.

EasyMotion may receive and store information necessary to associate the purchase with your account and provide the corresponding service, such as:

  • Transaction identifiers
  • Product or subscription information
  • Payment status
  • Subscription status
  • Renewal or cancellation status

EasyMotion does not intend to store your full payment-card number or card security code on its own servers.

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for transactions made through its platform.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide EasyMotion and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Active accounts

While your EasyMotion account remains active, your projects, prompts, generated content, and associated account information may remain stored so that you can continue accessing and managing your projects.

EasyMotion currently does not impose a fixed automatic deletion period for this project content.

Deleted accounts

When an account is deleted, account and authentication-related information associated with the account may be deleted or deactivated.

Certain information may nevertheless be retained when necessary for legitimate and lawful purposes, including:

  • Payment and transaction records
  • Subscription records
  • Spark transaction records
  • Records necessary for accounting or legal obligations
  • Records necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
  • Records necessary to resolve disputes
  • Security-related records where retention is reasonably necessary

Retention periods may therefore differ depending on the type and purpose of the information.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your EasyMotion account.

Account deletion is intended to remove or deactivate information necessary to operate your user account, including authentication-related information.

Some records may remain after account deletion where they are necessary for payment administration, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or other legitimate purposes.

Deleting your account does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of every record associated with previous transactions or Spark activity.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

These measures may include:

  • Authentication controls
  • Password protection
  • Access controls
  • Secure server infrastructure
  • HTTPS/TLS encryption where applicable
  • Security monitoring and abuse prevention mechanisms
  • Rate limiting and other protections where implemented
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for selected security-sensitive actions

However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Data Sharing

We may share or disclose information when necessary to operate EasyMotion or fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

This may include sharing information with:

  • AI service providers used to generate requested content;
  • Payment and subscription providers;
  • Email service providers;
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • Security and abuse-prevention providers;
  • Professional advisers or authorities where required by applicable law;
  • A successor or acquiring entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

We do not currently use your information for third-party behavioral advertising.

14. International Data Transfers

Some service providers used by EasyMotion may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.

For example, EasyMotion's third-party service providers may operate infrastructure or process information internationally.

Where personal information is transferred across borders, we intend to use appropriate safeguards and contractual or legal mechanisms where required by applicable data-protection law.

Because third-party providers may operate internationally, your information may be processed outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area depending on the service involved.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the applicable data-protection laws, you may have rights regarding your personal information.

These may include rights to:

  • Request information about the personal data we process;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of information where legally applicable;
  • Request restriction of certain processing;
  • Object to certain processing;
  • Request information about how your personal information is used and shared;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Submit a complaint to the competent data-protection authority where applicable.

Some rights may be subject to legal exceptions or limitations.

16. Children's Privacy

EasyMotion is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to EasyMotion without the appropriate authorization where such authorization is required, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • EasyMotion's features;
  • Our data-processing practices;
  • Third-party service providers;
  • Applicable legal requirements; or
  • Other operational changes.

When we make material changes, we may update the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy and provide additional notice where appropriate.
